Coaching is at your company premises to make it easy. Any number of your managers can attend. However more than 12 does make it more difficult as the sessions are very interactive.

The sessions are based on my personal experience over 35 years.

I live and work in Auckland but can coach anywhere in NZ if your company covers my travel expenses.
